Daytona is getting closer. Don't you wish you could go? Hey NASCAR announced new qualifying rules. Qualifying order will be determined by practice speeds. The slowest practice time in the top 35 will qualify first while the fastest practice time in the the top 35 qualifies last. If qualifying is rained out race order will be set by practice times. If practice and qualifying is rained out then the starting order of the race will be determined by points.
